Thursdays are a tough day for me to exercise, as my day starts at 6 am and ends at 9:45 pm (well, I walk out of my office at 9:45 pm, so it actually ends more like 11 pm). If I am going to exercise, I need to be done before 6 am when Brad leaves for work. That doesn't always happen :-) My default activity is yoga, as I can muster up the energy to do that anytime!
