14 weeks, 3 days

When I'm not pregnant, I lift three times a week. Since being pregnant, I've dialed down the lifting. But, I miss it. It is one of my favorite parts of training. So, today, I just lifted - no running. I only had about an hour to dedicate to exercising, so I lifted upper and light core. It felt great.
