To fit my run in today, I needed to be done by 6 am. So, I'm up at 5, ready to get out the door, and I hear Zoey singing in her crib. She was awake! So, my estimated 5 miler became a 1 miler as I hurried to get in a bit of movement while Brad watched Zoey and got ready. Sort of a wash of a day, but she was really cute in the morning, so I don't really care!
