About 2 weeks ago, I rekindled a relationship with an old ankle injury when I was out running on some trails. Today, I aggravated the injury again - in a slightly more substantial way. So, I think I'll hit the gym for the rest of the week to give my ankle some time to recover. I know this drill - it takes a few days to get back to normal and then I'm all set again. So, gym time for a bit. My run was cut a little short given that it was pretty useless to try to cover any actual distance. I'll probably get in a better workout at the gym anyway, given that I'm not running super far right now.
Run: 2.3 miles
